Attestation from the National Archives
Adoption decree granted
Adoption decree is reviewed by the Ministry of the Interior
Ministry of the Interior submits request for passport
Passport issued by Haitian Immigrations
Isnaika gets physical exam
Visa issued by US Immigration
Bring Isnaika home
Isnaika becomes a US Citizen when she gets off the plane!
